摘要 为了掌握浅埋深8.8m以上特厚煤层一次采全高开采覆岩活动规律,以上湾煤矿8.8m超大采高综采工作面为研究对象。利用理论计算,相似模拟以及数值模拟等方法,通过顶板位移深基点观测、微震监测、矿压监测等多种手段,将远场覆岩活动与近场矿压显现相结合,对8.8m超大采高综采工作面采场覆岩运移规律和顶板结构形式进行研究。推演得出浅埋深8.8m超大采出空间下覆岩垮落的结构模型,揭示了工作面远场顶板断裂与垮落时空演化规律,分析了8.8m超大采高综采工作面矿压机理及支架与围岩的力学关系,为类似条件下特厚煤层综采工作面支架选型及安全高效开采提供理论及技术指导。 In order to grasp the overburden activity law of full-seam mining in shallow-buried extra-thick coal seam thicker than 8.8 m,based on the engineering background of 8.8 m super-high fully mechanized mining face in Shangwan Coal Mine,theoretical calculation,similar simulation and numerical simulation are carried out,and through observation of roof displacement at deep base point,microseismic monitoring,monitoring of ore pressure and other means,the far-field overburden activity is analyzed combining with near-field mine pressure behaviors,the law of overburden migration and roof structure is studied for the 8.8 m s uper h igh cutting fully mechanized mini ng face.Structure model of the overlying strata caving is obtained for the shallow-burie d8.8 msuper-high mined out space,thespace-time evolution law of far field roof fracturing and caving is revealed,the min epressu re mechanism of the 8.8 m super-high-cutting fully-mechanized working face and the mechanical relationship between thesupportand surrounding rock are analyzed.The study can provide theoretical and technical guidance for the support selection,and safe and efficient mining in ultra-thick seam fully mechanized mining face under similar conditions.
