基于“四大控制”的106煤矿项目安全高效建设探讨

Discussion on safe and efficient construction of 106 coal mine project based on the “four major controls”

为了加快推进煤矿项目建设,实现"安全好、质量高、工期短、投资省、效益佳"的建设目标,以新疆区域106煤矿项目建设为案例,分析了106煤矿项目建设从"投资、进度、质量、安全"四个主要方面采取的针对性措施和经验,通过采取这些措施,106煤矿在各方面均较为成功,结果表明基于"四大控制"可以促进煤矿项目更加安全高效建设。

In order to promote the construction of coal mine project,and achieve the goals of"safe,high-quality,quick,economic and efficient construction",the 106 coal mine project is taken as an example to analyze the measures of investment control,progress control,quality control and management control,which are the corner stones of the successful construction of the 106 c oal mine project in Xinjiang.The results show that the"four major controls"can promote the safe and efficient constructionof coal mine projects.
