采用超声诊断胃十二指肠穿孔的意义探究

The significance of ultrasound diagnosis of gastroduodenal perforation

目的:深入探究超声诊断胃十二指肠穿孔的临床效果和意义。方法:选取2018年7月—2019年10月到本院诊断胃十二指肠穿孔的40例患者,首先实行X线诊断与手术病理检查,而后在同一情况之下,实施超声诊断,对比病理诊断结果与超声诊断结果。结果:超声诊断准确率为87.5%(P>0.05)。结论:采用超声诊断胃十二指肠穿孔具有较高的诊断准确率,能够让医生准确的看出胃十二指肠穿孔患者是否存在腹腔积液或者是游离气体的情况,值得推广。

Objective To explore the clinical effect and significance of ultrasonography in the diagnosis of gastroduodenal perforation.Methods 40 patients with gastroduodenal perforation were randomly selected in our hospital within one year.First,X-ray diagnosis and surgical pathological examination were carried out,and then ultrasound diagnosis was carried out under the same condition.The pathological diagnosis results and ultrasonic diagnosis results were compared.Results The diagnostic accuracy of ultrasound was 87.5%(P﹥0.05).Conclusions The use of ultrasound diagnosis of gastroduodenal perforation has a high diagnostic accuracy,can let doctors accurately see whether there is ascites or free gas in patients with gastroduodenal perforation,which is worthy of promotion.
