摘要
目的:研究健康体检中采用多排螺旋CT低剂量扫描胸部的临床价值。方法:由2020年1—11月本院健康管理中心行胸部CT检查的体检者中选择2000例作为研究对象,回顾性分析其临床资料,所有研究对象均予16排螺旋CT检查,将扫描参数设置为管电压130kV,电流70mA及螺距0.8mm的1000例体检者设为对照组,将管电压110kV,电流20~30mA及螺距1.5m m的1000例体检者设为实验组。比较两组图像质量和辐射剂量。结果:对照组图像质量优良率80.00%低于实验组82.30%,差异无统计学意义(χ^2=1.729,P>0.05);实验组CTDIvol(2.03±0.34)mGy、DLP(50.49±8.02)mGycm、管电流(22.26±1.63)mA均低于对照组(7.80±0.08)mGy、(260.85±6.10)mGycm、(70.00±0.00)mA,差异有统计学意义(t=522.391,P<0.05;t=660.184,P<0.05;t=926.179,P<0.05)。结论:多排螺旋CT低剂量扫描应用在胸部健康体检中效果理想,能保证图像质量,减少扫描剂量,适合临床推广。
Objective To study the clinical value of low-dose multi-slice spiral CT in chest examination.Methods:from January to November 2020,2000 cases of chest CT examination in the health management center of our hospital were selected as the research objects,and their clinical data were retrospectively analyzed.All the subjects were examined with 16 slice spiral CT.1000 physical examinees whose scanning parameters were set as tube voltage 130kV,current 70 mA and screw pitch 0.8mm were set as control group.Tube voltage 110 kV,current 20~30 mA and screw pitch 0.8 mm were set as control group 1000 physical examinees with a distance of 1.5mm were set as the experimental group.The image quality and radiation dose were compared between the two groups.Results The excellent and good rate of image quality in the control group(80.00%)was lower than that in the experimental group(82.30%),the difference was not statistically significant(χ^2=1.729,P>0.05);CTDI vol(2.03±0.34)mGy,DLP(50.49±8.02)mGycm,tube current(22.26±1.63)mA in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group(7.80±0.08)mGy,(260.85±6.10)mGycm,(70.00±0.00)mA,and the difference was statistically significant(t=522.391,P<0.05;t=660.184,P﹤0.05;t=926.179,P﹤0.05).Conclusions multi slice spiral CT low-dose scanning in chest health examination has ideal effect,can ensure image quality and reduce scanning dose,which is suitable for clinical promotion.
