竞技跳水男子单人10米台发展趋势

The Development Trend of Men's Single 10m Platform in Competitive Diving

本文以男子单人10米台为切入点,通过文献资料法、数理统计法、逻辑分析法等方法对2013-2019年两版国际泳联跳水竞赛规则、跳水三大赛的男子单人10米台比赛成绩进行分析对比研究,归纳当前世界跳水特点,总结其发展规律和方向,找出差距及可提高的空间,提出可行性的参考建议,为早日实现包揽奥运会8枚金牌而献计献策,为备战2020年东京奥运会提供理论依据。结论显示,有部分动作已进入成熟阶段,我国运动员在动作难度方面稍占优势,为保持领先地位,选手应该高质量地完成已成熟的技术动作,在高质量的基础上迎难而上。

Starting from the 10m platform for men's singles,this paper analyzes and compares the results of the 2013-2019 FINA diving competition rules and the three diving competitions of men's 10m platform by means of literature,mathematical statistics and logic analysis,summarizes the current world diving characteristics,summarizes its development rules and directions,and looks for business trips in order to fulfill the goal of 8 gold medals in the Olympic Games as soon as possible,some suggestions are put forward to provide theoretical basis for preparing for the 2020 Tokyo Olympic Games.The conclusion shows that some of the movements have entered the mature stage,and Chinese athletes have a little advantage in the difficulty of movements.In order to maintain the leading position,the athletes should complete the mature technical movements with high quality and face the difficulties on the basis of high quality.
