摘要
本文基于连续多年实施的青少年国家体质健康标准测试的基础上,以XX中学为例发现中学阶段的学生之间的体质差异很大。为了整体提高学生的体质健康水平,让体育教师安排上课内容及运动量方面很好地关注到全体同学,本研究提出为期16周的课堂分组教学,以试验的形式进行统计,结果显示:实验组和对照组的体育成绩在实验前后都有显著性差异,从进步的幅度可以看出实验组的体育成绩较对照组进步更显著(p=0.000),这说明实验组采用的分组训练干预措施是非常有效、值得肯定的新颖教学方法。
This article is based on the National Physical Health Standards Test for Adolescents.Taking XX middle school as an example,it is found that the physical fitness between students at the middle school level is very different.The content and amount of exercise paid great attention to all the students.This study proposes a 16-week group teaching and conducted statistics in the form of experiments.The results show that there is a significant difference in the physical performance of the experimental group and the control group above before and after the experiment.It can be seen that the sports performance of the experimental group is more significant than that of the control group(p=0.000),which indicates that the group training interventions adopted by the experimental group are very effective and worthy of a new teaching method.
