摘要
本研究以文献资料法为主要研究方法,通过对案例进行分析和整理,得出结论,当前学校体育安全事故在学校安全事故中占据比例较大,体育课和各类体育竞赛活动成为学生体育安全事故的主要空间;不同民事行为认知能力的学生在学校体育安全事故中占据比例不同;在学校体育安全事故处理中根据实际情况有不同的归责原则;学校体育安全事故中的责任划分成为纷争焦点。
This study takes the literature method as the main research method,through the analysis and collation of cases,draws the conclusion that the current sports accidents occupy a large proportion in school accidents,and physical education and various sports competitions become the main space of students'sports accidents;there are different proportions of students with different cognitive ability of civil behavior in school sports accidents;there are different imputation principles according to the actual situation in solving school sports accidents;the division of responsibilities in school sports accidents has become the focus of disputes.
