聚丙烯尾气膜分离过程生命周期评价及过程优化

摘要 为建立环境友好、资源节约、经济可行的工业聚丙烯尾气膜分离过程,提出结合流程模拟、生命周期评价、参数优化为一体的生命周期综合优化方法,进行工业膜分离过程生命周期评价和过程优化设计。结果表明,公用工程消耗量是中国化石能源消耗潜势(CADPff)、全球变暖潜势(GWP)、生命周期内部成本(LCCin)的主要影响因素;尾气排放量是生命周期外部成本(LCCex)、对流层臭氧前驱体潜势(TOPP)的主要影响因素。通过改变膜面积及渗透侧压力,实现了LCCin和TOPP的优化。利用该生命周期综合优化方法可实现对膜分离过程的生命周期评价和生命周期设计优化。 A comprehensive life cycle optimization method was proposed by combining process simulation,life cycle assessment and parameter optimization for establishing the industrial polypropylene off-gas membrane separation process with the advantage of environmentally friendly,resource-saving,and economically feasible.The life cycle assessment and the process optimization design of the polypropylene off-gas membrane separation process were carried out.The results show that the utility consumption is the dominant factor of the Chinese fossil fuel depletion potential(CADPff),the global warming potential(GWP)and the life cycle internal cost(LCCin).The off-gas emissions are the dominant factor of the life cycle external cost(LCCex)and the tropospheric ozone precursor potential(TOPP).The LCCin and the TOPP are optimized by changing the membrane area and permeate pressure.The life cycle assessment and life cycle design optimization of membrane separation process could be realized by using the proposed comprehensive life cycle optimization method.
