摘要
目前已有开放大学教师职业素养的研究多着眼于“理想的开放的大学”的勾画和设想,国外开放大学的历史背景、发展水平、办学层次、教学模式、评价体系等都和国内的情况不尽相同,而这些方面又影响着开放大学教师的角色和素养要求。基于胜任力模型的开放大学教师胜任力素质调研反映,我省开放大学教师职业素养提升可从融合教学与实践,增加教师职业信心;建立教师职业成长档案袋,丰富教师职业知识;加大教学技能培训,提升教学素养;增加对教师的支持服务,增强教师社会适应能力等方面着力。
At present,the existing researches on the professional quality of open university teachers mostly focus on the outline and vision of the'ideal and open university*.The historical background,development levels,school running levels,teaching modes,evaluation systems,etc.of foreign open universities are different from the domestic situation,however,these aspects affect the role and quality requirements of the open university teachers.Based on the competency model,the open university teacher competency quality survey reflects that the improvement of the professional quality of the open university teachers in our province can be achieved by integrating teaching and practice to increase teachers*professional confidence,establishing teachers*professional growth portfolio to enrich teachers*professional knowledge,increasing teaching skills Training to improve teaching quality and increasing the support services for teachers to strengthen teachers*social adaptability.
