摘要
该文概述了地方高校应用型人才培养过程中存在的问题,在此基础上结合衡阳师范学院人才培养的实际,从推行“工学交替”做法、调整专业结构和课程设置、共建实践教学基地和联合实验室、加强“双师型”教师队伍建设、改进教学评价机制五个方面探讨了地方高校应用型人才培养模式的构建路径,并对衡阳师范学院数学类专业人才培养模式作了简要的典型案例分析。
This paper summarizes the problems existing in the training process of applied talents in local universities.On this basis,combining the practice of talents training in Hengyang Normal University,the construction path is discussed for the training model of applied talents in local universities from the following five aspects:practice of“working and learning alternation”,adjusting specialty structure and curriculum setting,co-construction of practice teaching base and union laboratory,strengthening the construction of“double qualified”teachers faculty teaching staff and improving teaching evaluation mechanism.A typical case analysis is given for the training model of mathematics specialty in Hengyang Normal University.
