Overview of the definition,orientation,basic principles and implementing subject of national grassland natural park,the necessity of constructing national grassland natural park was discussed from preventing grassland degradation,improving the grassland nature reserve system,maintaining the grassland biodiversity and promoting economic development in ethnic minority region aspects.Four measures to better construct national grassland nature park were put forward.
