大学生网络思想政治教育内涵丰富,特征鲜明,并呈现出以人为本、互联网嵌入思维、全员协同教育、方式化整为零等新发展趋势。当前,大学生网络思政教育面临着日益增长的网络思政教育需求与内容供给不足的矛盾、互动开放的多维沟通和单向灌输型教育方式的矛盾、网络思政队伍高标准要求与团队建设滞后的矛盾、网络思政教育理论研究和实践发展失衡的矛盾等。通过提升网络思政教育话语权、创新网络思政教育管理机制、建设高素质网络思政教育工作队伍、优化网络思政教育环境等措施,提升大学生网络思政教育实效。

College students’network ideological and political education has rich connotation,with the characteristics of resource sharing,education personalization,elements diversification,network penetration and others.It shows the development trend of adhering to people-oriented,Internet embedded thinking,all staff collaborative education,and breaking up the whole into parts.At present,the network ideological and political education of college students is faced with the contradiction between the increasing demand for network ideological and political education and the insufficient supply of content,the contradiction between the interactive and open multi-dimensional network communication and the one-way indoctrination education mode,the contradiction between the high standard construction of the network ideological and political team and the lag of the team development,the contradiction between the theoretical research and the practical development of the network ideological and political education.Through mastering the discourse power of network ideological and political education,innovating the management mechanism of college students’network ideological and political education,building a high-quality network ideological and political education team,optimizing the network ideological and political education environment of college students,the actual effect of network ideological and political education of college students can be improved.
