摘要 分析了10 kV弹簧操作断路器控制回路隐性故障的原因,指出同一组常开、常闭接点同时接入电路造成的接点漏电是引起故障的主要原因,提出了同组常开和常闭接点接在电源的同极性端、增加中间继电器等解决措施,以避免发生断路器控制回路隐性故障。 The causes of hidden faults in the control circuit of 10 kV spring operating circuit breakers are analyzed.It is pointed out that the contact leakage caused by the simultaneous connection of the same set of normally open contact and normally closed contact is the main cause of the faults.The measures are put forward to avoid the hidden faults in the control circuit of circuit breakers,such as connecting the same set of normally open contact and normally closed contact to the same pole of the power supply and installing the intermediate relay.
