针对电力基建工程管理中存在的问题和弊端,分析了管理效力低的原因,并基于当前条件下的可行性,提出了提升电力基建工程项目管理效力的措施,解决了现场管理乏力的问题,以促使电力基建工程管理安全、质量、工期等目标的实现。

In allusion to the problems and drawbacks existing in the management of electric power infrastructure projects,the reasons for low management effectiveness are analyzed.The measures are put forward to improve the management effectiveness of electric power infrastructure projects based on the feasibility under the current condition,which solve the problems of the weak on-site management,and promote achievement of the objectives of electric power infrastructure projects such as safety,quality and construction period.
