摘要
针对燃煤锅炉SCR(Selective Catalytic Reduction,简称SCR)系统出口NOx排放波动大、NH3逃逸超标等问题,提出了系统优化技术路线,应用烟道流场优化、喷氨总量控制、分区同步测量、分区控制等技术,实现了稳定控制NOx排放、降低NH3逃逸的目标,提高了燃煤电站的环保运行水平。
In allusion to the problems such as large fluctuation of NOx emission and excessive NH3 escape at SCR system outlet of coal-fired boiler,the technical route of system optimization is put forward.The technologies of flue flow field optimization,ammonia injection total control,zonal synchronous measurement and zonal control are applied to achieve the goals of controlling NOx emission and reducing NH3 escape,and the environmental protection operation level of coal-fired power station is improved.
