摘要
目的研究50岁以上中老年人的计算力水平情况,以及计算力水平与性别、年龄、受教育程度之间的关系。方法以中西部城市某医疗中心的472位受试者为研究对象,对他们进行计时1 min的双任务串行减法测试,记录计算正确数,同时收集其一般人口学信息、生命体征、家族史、危险因素(吸烟、酗酒等)、疾病史、自主神经功能、饮食习惯、睡眠时长、筛查量表,之后按性别、年龄、受教育程度分组,通过回归分析、非参数假设检验等方法来研究性别、年龄、受教育程度对中老年人计算力水平的影响程度。结果通过Wilcox检验计算力得分在不同性别之间差异没有统计学意义(P=0.265>0.05);进一步对年龄和受教育程度因素分别进行假设检验,得到P值分别为0.016和5.1294×10-14。每位受试者计算力水平与MMSE得分具有相关性(r=0.675,P=0.001)。多元回归分析所得到的回归方程为:计算力得分=21.813+(-0.178)×年龄+(-0.953)×性别(男性为1;女性为2)+0.809×受教育程度。结论受教育程度、年龄、性别可能是中老年人计算力水平的影响因素,且影响力水平依次降低,其中性别对中老年人计算力水平的影响最不显著,且计算力水平与MMSE得分有强相关性。
Objective To investigate the computing power level of middle-aged and elderly population over 50 years old in China,and its relationship with gender,age and education level.Methods A total of 472 subjects from a community medical center in a Midwest city were chosen.They were subjected to a 1 min dual-task serial subtraction test to record the number of correct calculation.The data about demographic information,vital signs,family history,risk factors(smoking,alcoholism,etc.),disease history,autonomic ner-vous function,eating habits,sleep duration,screening scale were collected.Then they were divided into different groups according to gender,age,and education level,respectively.Regression analysis,non-parametric hypothesis testing and other methods were used to study the influence of gender,age,education level on the computing power of middle-aged and elderly population.Results Wilcox test showed the computing power level was not significantly different between male and female(P=0.265>0.05),and the further hypothesis tests showed the computing power level was different in different age and education level(P=0.016,5.1294×10-14).The computing power level was correlated with MMSE score in each subject(r=0.675,P=0.001<0.05).The regression equation obtained by multiple regression analysis was score=21.813+(-0.178)×age+(-0.953)×gender(male=1;female=2)+0.809×education level.Conclusion Educational level,age and gender are possible influencing factors of the computing power in middle-aged and elderly population,and the influence is reduced in order,especially the gender has the least significant impact on the comput-ing power of middle-aged and elderly population.The level of computing power has a strong correlation with MMSE score.
