New Infrastructure Drives the Development of Computing Power Intermediaries and Computing Power Networking

摘要 随着5G商用的持续推进,泛在计算、AI、区块链等技术的融合碰撞,未来智能社会的发展,新基建的要求等使得信息基础设施的云网融合进入到新的阶段,不再仅仅以实现云网拉通即可,而更加强调算力和网络的深度融合,算网协同和算网一体成为新的技术方向,通过算网一体真正实现网络无所不达、算力无处不在、智能无所不及。首先对算力网络的驱动因素进行深入分析,然后类比能源和电商行业供需模式,探讨基于算力中介服务商来提供算力一体化解决方案和运营平台,来促进整个社会的算力供需对接和算力资源交易,最后给出典型场景来验证该模式的价值和意义。 With the continuous advancement of 5G commercialization,the integration and collision of ubiquitous computing,AI,blockchain and other technologies,the development of the future intelligent society,and the requirements of new infrastructure,the cloud and network integra⁃tion of information infrastructure has entered a new stage.It is not only necessary to realize the connection of cloud and network,but also the deep integration of computing power and network.The collaboration of computing power and network has become a new technical direc⁃tion.Through computing and network integration,the network is truly omnipresent,computing power is nowhere,and intelligence are omni⁃present.This article firstly conducts an in-depth analysis of the driving factors of the computing power and network,then compares the sup⁃ply and demand model of the energy and electronic commerce,and discusses the integration of computing power solutions and operating platforms based on computing power intermediary service providers to promote the supply and demand joint and resource trade of comput⁃ing power in the entire society,and finally a typical scenario is given to verify the value and significance of the model.
