E-TOPSIS Heterogeneous Wireless Network Selection Algorithm Based on Utility Functions

摘要 针对多模移动终端在异构无线网络中关于可用网络的选择问题,提出一种基于效用函数的E-TOPSIS网络选择改进算法。仿真结果表明,新算法不仅能显著改善网络排名异常现象,而且能有效减少平均切换次数。 An improved algorithm of E-TOPSIS network selection based on utility functions is proposed to solve the problem of multi-mode mobile terminals’selection among available networks in heterogeneous wireless networks.The simulation results show that the new algorithm can not only significantly improve the ranking abnormality of network,but also effectively reduce the average number of handovers.
