民航空管复盘综合分析系统研究与实现

摘要 为了复现雷雨等恶劣天气下的气象信息、流量管理策略、流量预测信息等,有效提升空中交通管制工作效率,对复盘分析的关键算法进行研究并详细阐述实现方式。根据所研究的算法,设计一款空管复盘综合分析系统,该系统集雷达目标的实时显示、目标复盘情况的实时统计、目标复盘态势回放、复盘情况评估报表生成等多种功能于一体,能够更为全面、真实反馈复盘目标当时运动态势和数据信息,为复盘分析提供一种可行、有效的评估方式,在空管行业具有一定的应用价值。 In order to reproduce the meteorological information,flow management strategy and flow prediction information under severe weather such as thunderstorm,and improve effectively the work efficiency of air traffic control,the key algorithm of case study analysis is studied in this paper and the implementation method is described in details.According to the algorithm,a comprehensive case study analysis system for air traffic control is designed.This system can give a more comprehensive and true feedback of the movement situation and data information of the target at that time by integrating the functions of real-time display of radar target,real-time statistics of target case study situation,playback of target case study situation,and generation of case study situation evaluation report,etc.,and it can provide a feasible and effective evaluation method for case study analysis,which has certain application value in the air traffic control industry.
