板材次品移除机的设计

Design of Removing Machine for Defective Plate Products

板材自动输送技术广泛运用于金属材料、高分子材料和无机材料等领域,尤其是近几年我国加快住宅产业现代化,建筑与装修行业对板材的需求越来越大。针对板材自动化生产的需求,设计一种全自动化板材次品移除机。该次品移除机主要由底板材输送装置、板材阻挡装置、次品移除装置、次品堆叠回收装置和PLC控制系统组成。通过前段工序判定来料板材是否为次品并发送信号给PLC,PLC系统控制各装置实现对次品板材的排出及堆叠的控制原理和工作流程。

Automatic plate conveying technology is widely used in metal materials,polymer materials,inorganic materials and other fields,especially in recent years,China has accelerated the modernization of the residential industry,and the demand for plates in the construction and decoration industry is increasing.According to the requirement of automatic production of plate,a fully automatic defective plate removal machine is designed.The defective product removing machine mainly consists of a bottom plate conveying device,a plate blocking device,a defective product removing device,a defective product stacking recycling device and a PLC control system.Judging whether the incoming sheet is defective or not through the previous process and sending a signal to the PLC,the PLC system controls each device to realize the control principle and work flow of discharging and stacking the defective sheet.
