An Analysis of the Basic Theory of Political Economy in the Modernization of National Governance

本文聚焦于研究国家治理现代化的经济学理论基础,从马克思主义政治经济学角度出发,探寻我国国家治理实践的经济学基本理论依据,同时对其他经济学思想进行批判和借鉴。文中对新古典经济学和新制度经济学等相关理论进行了批判,论证了必须要站在人民的立场上,充分发挥马克思主义政治经济学理论的指导作用,立足于国家和人民的根本利益,深入理解和正确把握全面深化改革的总目标,坚持完善和发展中国特色社会主义道路,选择符合我国文化传统、经济发展、历史传承所需要的国家治理现代化体系,全面推进国家治理能力和治理体系现代化。

This paper focuses on the economic theoretical basis of the modernization of national governance.From the perspective of Marxist political economy,this paper explores the basic economic theoretical basis of China's national governance practice,and criticizes and draws lessons from other economic thoughts.This paper criticizes the new classical economics and the new institutional economics,and demonstrates that it is necessary to stand on the side of the people,give full play to the guiding role of Marxist political economy theory,and base itself on the fundamental interests of the country and the people,deeply understand and correctly grasp the general goal of deepening reform across the board,and uphold and improve the system of socialism with Chinese characteristics,choose a national governance modernization system that meets the needs of China's cultural tradition,economic development and historical inheritance,and comprehensively advance the modernization of China's system and capacity for governance.
