^99mTc-MIBI单光子显像早期评价乳腺癌新辅助化疗的实验研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨^99mTc-MIBI单光子显像早期评价乳腺癌新辅助化疗(NAC)效果的可行性及价值。方法采用雌激素受体阳性的MCF-7细胞建立乳腺癌小鼠模型,通过紫杉醇结合卡铂方案模拟NAC过程。在化疗后1、3、7 d进行^99mTc-MIBI单光子平面及断层显像,通过定量靶本比(T/NT)观察早期诊断效果,并与Ki-67及P-gp定量结果做相关性分析。结果乳腺癌模型在NAC治疗后1 d组和7 d组的T/NT值与对照组差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);对照组与NAC治疗后3 d组的T/NT值差异均无统计学意义(均P> 0.05)。Ki-67染色比率与对应T/NT值无相关性(P> 0.05);P-gp染色比率与对应T/NT值呈正相关(P=0.043)。结论 ^99mTc-MIBI单光子平面成像可以用于乳腺癌NAC治疗的早期疗效评估。
