近年来散货码头信息化程度越来越高,管控一体化系统也日益完善。管控接口作为管理信息系统和现场控制系统交互的渠道,有多种实现方式。通过近几个散货码头工程Factory Talk平台下管控接口的开发,以及多种接口实现方式的实验与研究,发现不同实现方式各有优缺点,在执行项目的时候需要针对具体的功能需求,选用合理的接口开发实现方式,将多种方式有机的结合起来,以更好的满足项目管控一体化开发的要求。

In recent years,the information level of bulk cargo terminal is getting higher and higher,and the integrated management and control system is also improving day by day.As a channel for interaction between the management information system and the on-site control system,the control interface can be implemented in many ways.Through the development of management and control interfaces under the Factory Talk platform of recent bulk cargo terminal projects,as well as the experiment and research of various interface implementation methods,it is found that different implementation methods have their own advantages and disadvantages.When implementing the project,it is necessary to select a reasonable interface development implementation method for specific functional requirements,and organically combine multiple methods to better meet the requirements of integrated project management and control development.
