摘要
铝箔腐蚀和化成是制备铝电容器的一个重要过程,由超纯铝箔经过电化学刻蚀制得腐蚀箔,腐蚀箔经过阳极氧化最终得到化成箔。本文从制备工艺的角度对铝箔化成进行了综述,并对腐蚀扩孔、多级化成、复合箔制备的最新进展进行了综述。此外还讨论了腐蚀孔洞的类型、化成液的合理配比、反应机理以及目前研究的不足之处,并提出前景与展望。
The corrosion and forming of aluminum foil is an important process in the preparation of aluminum capacitors.The formation of aluminum foil was reviewed from the point of view of preparation technology,and the latest development of corrosion reaming,multilevel formation and composite foil preparation was reviewed.In addition,the types of corrosion holes,the reasonable proportion of forming liquid,the reaction mechanism and the deficiencies of the present research were discussed.
