摘要
本文根据重庆渝东南工区A钻井平台的实际情况,分析了其污水的来源及特征,研究了其废水处理的两种方式:处理后回用或处理后外排,其中着重介绍了MBR工艺在外排水处理中的运用。通过对回用水出水水质监测得到:pH为6.8~7.6,悬浮物为38~47 mg/L,氯离子为685~13900 mg/L,满足回用要求。通过对外排水出水水质监测得到:pH为6.6~7.3,COD为44~88 mg/L,氨氮为0.17~1.78 mg/L,达到国家《污水综合排放标准》的一级排放标准,处理方案在类似油田中具有推广价值。
Based on the actual situation of a drilling platform in the southeast working area of Chongqing,the source and characteristics of its sewage were analyzed,and two ways of wastewater treatment were studied:reuse after treatment or efflux after treatment.The application of MBR process in external drainage treatment was emphatically introduced.By analyzing the reclaimed water,the results showed that the pH value was 6.8~7.6,the suspended solid was 38~47 mg/L,and the chloride ion was 685~13900 mg/L,which met the recycling requirements.According to the water quality analysis of the external drainage,the pH was 6.6~7.3,COD was 44~88 mg/L,and ammonia nitrogen was 0.17~1.78 mg/L,which reached the first level of the national sewage comprehensive discharge standard.The treatment scheme has the value of promotion in similar oil fields.
