摘要
简述了汽轮机盘车系统的功能,以及该汽轮机盘车系统的工作原理。拆检盘车系统,修复汽轮机大轴齿轮和啮合齿轮的损伤,并对盘车无法啮合的故障进行分析。对两齿轮结构问题引起的啮合故障,提出多种解决方案。在无法改变齿轮结构的情况下,另辟蹊径的利用小手轮改变啮合齿轮的受力,使其退出故障区域进入啮合位置。该方法在原有系统上只改进了小手轮触头部分,工作量少、检修周期短,改造后的盘车系统再未出现啮合故障。
The functions of turbine turning system were described,and the working principle of this system was introduced.The turning gear system was overhauled,the damage of turbine shaft gear and meshing gear was repaired,and the failure of turning gear not meshing was analyzed.To the meshing fault caused by the structure problem of two gears,various solutions were put forward.In the case that the gear structure can not be changed,a new way was adopted to change the force of the meshing gear by using the small hand wheel,so that it can exit the fault area and enter the meshing position.This method only improves the contact part of the small hand wheel in the original system,with less workload and short maintenance cycle,and no meshing fault occurs in the reformed turning system.
