摘要 随着气田开采的深入,气井产出的气田水逐渐增多,水中杂质增加,导致天然气生产场站排污系统故障率高。为此,基于计算流体力学基本理论,对排污管道过滤器进行了优化设计。利用FLUENT软件,分析了倾角、长径比、滤层厚度、孔隙率对过滤器的处理效率的影响。模拟结果表明:当过滤器倾斜角度为60°,长径比为2.0,孔隙率为0.7,滤层厚度为70 mm,具有最佳的处理效果。 With the development of gas field exploitation,the produced water increases gradually.Furthermore the impurities in water increase,which results in high failure rate of blowdown system in natural gas production stations.Therefore,based on the basic theory of computational fluid dynamics,the optimal design of sewage pipeline filter was carried out.The effects of inclination angle,length diameter ratio,filter hickness and porosity on the treatment efficiency of the filter were analyzed by FLUENT software.Simulation results showed that the best treatment efficiency can be obtained when the filter tilt angle was 60°,the length diameter ratio was 2.0,the porosity was 0.7,and the filter layer thickness was 70 mm.
