加氢裂化尾油中轻组分的分离

摘要 针对蜡油加氢裂化装置尾油中轻组分含量较高,对分馏塔进行了诊断和操作优化研究,发现分馏塔存在柴油返回位置低于过汽化油口、汽提蒸汽进料位置较高、汽提蒸汽量不足、尾油循环量大、塔压控制较高等问题。采用ProII对主分馏塔存在的问题进行模拟计算,为分馏塔的改造及优化提供数据。通过提高汽提蒸汽量、降低尾油循环量、降低塔压等操作优化措施,将尾油中≯350℃馏分的含量的由15%降低至10%。 In view of the high content of light components in the tail oil of the wax oil hydrocracking unit,the diagnosis and operation optimization of the fractionator were studied.It was found that the diesel oil return position was lower than the over vaporization oil port,the stripping steam feed position was higher,the stripping steam quantity was insufficient,the tail oil circulation quantity was large,and the tower pressure control was high.ProII was used to simulate the problems existing in the main fractionator,which provided data for the revamping and optimization of the fractionator.Through the operation optimization measures such as increasing the amount of stripping steam,reducing the circulation amount of the tail oil and reducing the pressure of the tower,the content of≯350℃fraction in the tail oil was reduced from 15%to 10%.
