贵州省加油站油气回收系统存在的问题及其探讨 被引量:5

摘要 2012年起,贵州省开始大规模实施加油站油气回收改造工作,至今已基本改造完成。对加油站油气回收系统的检测工作也在同步进行。在检测过程中笔者发现加油站工作人员对油气回收系统的认知度较低、使用该系统过程中出现错误操作、加油站首次检测合格率低、二次油气回收系统故障率高等问题,本文通过针对上述问题进行客观分析,对相关检测及监管部门提出几点建议。 Since 2012,Guizhou province has started large-scale implementation of vapor recovery for gasoline filling station,which has been basically completed.Testing of vapor recovery system for gasoline filling station is also underway.The process of testing found that the gasoline filling station staff had low recognition of vapor recovery system gasoline filling station,there were often system errors found in the process of operation for the first time,gas detection qualified rate was low,the secondary vapor recovery system failure rate was high.Through objective analysis for the above problems,some suggestions to the relevant inspection and supervision department were put forward.
