“课程思政”导向下“卓越教师”培养模式的研究与探讨

Research and Discussion on Training Mode of“Excellent Teachers”under the Guidance of“Ideological and Political Education”

培养卓越教师是我国教育改革的迫切任务,在“课程思政”导向下,挖掘课程中的思政因素,在卓越教师的培养过程中可以达到事半功倍的效果,本文从卓越教师价值观的树立、卓越教师科学精神的塑造、卓越教师辩证思维的培养、卓越教师环保意识的建立、卓越教师教学方法的创新等几个方面进行了系统的论述,对本校“卓越教师”实施计划中化学“课程思政”的做法进行了归纳和总结,可为新时代卓越教师的培养提供一定的参考依据。

Training outstanding teachers is an urgent task in Chinese education reform.Under the guidance of“curriculum ideological and political theory”,the ideological and political factors in the curriculum can be excavated to achieve twice the result with half the effort in the process of training outstanding teachers.The establishment of outstanding teachers values,the shaping of outstanding teachers scientific spirit,the cultivation of outstanding teachers dialectical thinking,the establishment of outstanding teachers awareness of environmental protection,and the innovation of outstanding teachers teaching methods were systematically discussed.The practice of chemistry"ideological and political classroom"in the implementation plan of"excellent teachers"in our school was summarized,which can provide certain reference basis for the training of excellent teachers in the new era.
