规范高校教师科研道德行为方式的探讨

Discussion on Way of Regulating Moral Behavior of Faculty in Scientific Research

科研人员是高校科研创新的重要核心力量,科研道德是高校教师从事科研工作的道德准则。科研人员的相关科研道德教育是形成良好科研生态环境和防止不端行为产生的重要手段。近年来,国内外均出现了多次有关科研道德失范的热点事件,本文首先回顾了其中涉及到化学化工及相关学科的几个标志性事件,此后从优化顶层设计、加强科研道德教育和健全制度等三个层面初步探讨了规范高校教师科研道德行为的方法。

Scientific research personnel are an important core force for scientific research innovation in universities.Scientific research ethics is the moral code for faculty to engage in scientific research.The relevant scientific research moral education of scientific research personnel is an important means to form a good scientific research ecological environment and prevent misconduct.In recent years,there have been many hot events related to scientific research ethics anomie in China and abroad.Several landmark events on scientific research ethics anomie related to chemistry,chemical engineering and related disciplines were reviewed.The methods of standardizing the moral behavior of faculty were discussed from three levels:optimizing the top-level design,strengthening the moral education of scientific research,and perfecting the system.
