超声与MRI在妊高征孕妇心功能评估中的应用比较

Comparison of Ultrasound and Magnetic Resonance Imaging in the Assessment of Cardiac Function in Pregnant Women with Pregnancy Induced Hypertension Syndrome

目的分析超声与磁共振成像(MRI)在妊高征孕妇心功能评估中的作用。方法经医院伦理学批准随机选取医院妇产科2018年1月至2020年1月在我院进行产检的晚期妊娠高血压综合征患者85例,分别接受超声与磁共振检查,比较左心室功能各参数、图像质量及EF情况。结果MRI诊断妊高征患者LVED、EF、SV、LVESV高于超声(P<0.05)。超声和MRI妊高征图像质量比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。超声1级、3级率低于MRI(P<0.05),2级率高于MRI(P<0.05)。超声、MRI诊断左室EF正常、异常一致率差异比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论与超声相比,MRI在诊断晚期妊娠高血压综合征患者心功能及EF异常有重要价值。

Objective To compare the value of ultrasound and magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)in assessing cardiac function in pregnant women with pregnancy induced hypertension syndrome.Methods With the approval of hospital ethics,85 pregnant women with pregnancy-induced hypertension in our hospital from January 2018 to January 2020 were enrolled.Ultrasound and MRI were performed,respectively.The parameters of left ventricular function,image quality,and EF were compared.Results The LVED,EF,SV,and LVESV of MRI diagnosis were higher than those of ultrasound(P<0.05).There was a statistically significant difference in the image quality between ultrasound and MRI(P<0.05).The diagnostic rate of grades 1 and 3 by ultrasound was lower than that by MRI(P<0.05),and that of grade 2 was higher than that by MRI(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with ultrasound,MRI is important and valuable in diagnosing cardiac function and EF abnormalities in patients with pregnancy-induced hypertension syndrome in late pregnancy.
