Application Value of Three-dimensional Reconstruction of MSCT in the Diagnosis and Treatment of Humeral Fractures

目的分析MSCT三维重建技术对肱骨骨折诊断效能及治疗中的应用价值。方法收集的60例肱骨骨折患者的临床资料。比较普通X线片和MSCT三维重建对肱骨骨折分型诊断的准确率及后者在治疗中的应用价值。评价MSCT三维重建技术对肱骨骨折诊断效能及治疗中的应用价值。结果X线检查分型准确率为81.67%;MSCT检查分型准确率为95.00%,显著高于X线检查(P<0.05)。结论MSCT三维重建可直观清晰地显示肱骨骨折的影像学特点,为临床治疗方式的选择和预后的评估提供可靠的依据,值得广泛推广应用。

Objective To analyze the application value of three-dimensional reconstruction of MSCT in diagnosing and treating of humeral fractures.Methods The clinical data of 60 patients with humeral fractures were retrospectively analyzed.The accuracy of standard X-ray and MSCT three-dimensional reconstruction in the diagnosis of classification of humeral fracture and the application value of the latter in treatment were compared.The diagnostic efficacy and therapeutic value of MSCT three-dimensional reconstruction technology for humeral fractures were evaluated.Results The diagnostic accuracy of X-ray examination for classification was 81.67%;the diagnostic accuracy of MSCT examination for classification was 95.00%,which was significantly higher than that of X-ray examination(P<0.05).Conclusion MSCT three-dimensional reconstruction can visually display the imaging features of the humeral fracture,and provide a reliable basis for the selection of clinical treatment methods and evaluation of prognosis.It is worthy of widespread application.
