高新技术企业人才集聚对区域经济增长的影响研究——以环渤海地区为例

The Influence of Talent Agglomeration of High-tech Enterprises on Regional Economic Growth:Taking the Bohai Rim Region as an Example

对2007—2017年我国环渤海地区7个省(直辖市)面板数据进行分析.结果发现:高新技术企业人才集聚对环渤海地区区域经济增长具有正向影响,其中人才规模的影响最大;创新能力、固定资产投资、城镇化程度对区域经济增长有正向促进作用,固定资产投资在此阶段对经济增长的作用最为显著;对外开放程度、产业结构高级化对区域经济增长无显著作用甚至有负向阻碍作用.建议环渤海地区加强人才集聚程度,形成人才集聚与经济增长的良性互动机制,提高经济要素投资的科学性.

This paper analyzes the panel data of seven provinces(municipalities)in China’s Bohai Rim region from 2007 to 2017,and finds that the talent concentration of high-tech enterprises has a positive impact on the regional economic growth of the Bohai Rim region,among which the influence of talent scale is greatest.Innovation ability,fixed asset investment,urbanization degree have a positive effect on regional economic growth,and fixed asset investment has most significant impact at this stage,while the degree of openness and the up-grading of industrial structure have no significant effect and even have negative effect on regional economic growth.Finally,it is suggested that the Bohai Rim region should strengthen the degree of talent agglomeration,form a positive interaction mechanism between talent agglomeration and economic growth,and improve the scientificity of economic factor investment.
