摘要
以农用物资的利用效率为研究对象,首先采用投入导向的DEA-BCC模型对2018年河南各地市农用物资利用效率进行测算,并分析DEA的相对有效性;其次采用Malmquist指数对2013—2018年间全省整体农用物资利用效率进行动态分析.结果表明,河南省18地市中有6个地市DEA有效,占全省1/3,部分地市存在不同程度的投入冗余,要素配置不够合理的情况;2013—2018年全省全要素生产率总体保持上升态势,其中技术进步贡献率最大,规模效率为阻碍因素.
Taking the utilization efficiency of agricultural materials as the research target,the input-oriented DEABCC model was firstly used to calculate and analyze the relative effectiveness of the DEA in 2018.The Malmquist index was used to analyze the utilization efficiency of agricultural materials in Henan Province from 2013 to 2018.As a result,6 of 18 cities in Henan Province are DEA effective,accounting for 1/3 of the whole province.Some cities have different degree of input redundancy,and the allocation of factors is not reasonable.The total factor productivity of the whole province has maintained an upward trend during 2013-2018,in which the contribution rate of technological progress is the largest,and the scale efficiency is the obstacle factor.
