摘要 目的:探讨和血明目片通过调节STAT3-iNOS信号通路改善老年性黄斑变性的机制。方法:选取老年性黄斑病变患者100例,分为治疗组53例及对照组47例,其中治疗组服用和血明目片,对照组服用维生素C、E。治疗3个月后,检测并比较两组治疗前后的矫正视力及STAT3-iNOS mRNA的表达。结果:治疗组较对照组STAT3、iNOS mRNA表达降低、视力值升高(P<0.05)。结论:和血明目片可通过促进STAT3-iNOS信号通路的表达改善老年患者黄斑变性带来的视力影响。 Objective:To investigate the mechanism of Hexuemingmu tablets in the improvement of age-related macular degeneration by regulating STAT3-iNOS signaling pathway.Methods:One hundred cases of senile patients with macular degeneration were selected and divided into a treatment group(53 cases,treated with Hexuemingmu tablets)and a control group(47 cases,treated with vitamin C and E).The corrected visual acuity and STAT3-iNOS mRNA expression were detected and compared between the two groups three months after treatment.Results:The expression of STAT3 and iNOS mRNA was reduced and the visual acuity was improved in the treatment group after treatment compared with the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Hexuemingmu tablets can improve the age-related macular degeneration and restore the visual acuity by promoting the expression of STAT3-iNOS signal pathway.
