摘要
基于高职课程存在的问题,分析高职课程“含金量”不足的原因,将高职课程作为系统整体进行研究,提出高职“课程组织”利益相关者结构,并借鉴爱德华•弗里曼利益相关者理论及其分类方法,对影响课程质量的“课程组织”各方利益相关者进行了判定,对各利益相关方的关系形式、核心功用和目标诉求进行分析,提出高职“金课”构建要素模型,并针对其运行机制提出了相应策略。
Based on the existing problems of higher vocational courses,this paper analyzes the reasons for the deficiency of"gold content"in higher vocational courses,studies higher vocational courses as a whole system,and proposes the stakeholder structure of"curriculum organization"in higher vocational colleges.And in the view of Edward Freeman's stakeholder theory and its classification method,this paper makes judgment on the stakeholders of"curriculum organization"that affect the quality of curriculum,analyzes the relationship form,core function and goal appeal of stakeholders,puts forward the construction element model of"golden curriculum"in higher vocational colleges,and proposes corresponding strategies for its operation mechanism.
