摘要
校本培训作为高校教师培训的一个主要形式,承担着教师教学能力提升和专业发展的重要任务。通过对高职师资队伍建设存在的问题、高职师资队伍现状和培训发展情况、教师教学能力内涵、高职院校教师教学能力构成要素进行了解和分析,从校本培训视角探讨具有持续性、针对性、灵活性、系统化的高职教师教学能力提升策略,提出完善校本培训体系和机制、提供灵活多样的培训形式和指导模式、建立丰富的教学能力发展资源库评估和跟踪系统建设等培养途径,确保教师教学能力的有效提升,促进教师与学校的共同发展。
As a major path for teacher training in higher education,school-based training plays an important role in enhancing teachers'teaching competence and promoting their professional development.The paper analyzes problems of cultivation,the current situation and training and development of teaching staff,and the connotation and components of teachers'teaching ability in higher vocational colleges.It discusses sustainable,targeted,flexible and systematic strategies to improve the teaching competence of higher vocational teachers from the perspective of school-based training.And it puts forward ways as improving the school-based training system and mechanism,providing flexible and diverse training forms and guidance modes,establishing a rich resource base for teaching capacity development,and building an evaluation and tracking system to ensure the effective improvement of teachers'teaching ability and promote the co-development of teachers and schools.
