福建省数字贸易竞争力的构建与评价

Construction and Assessment of Digital Trade Competitiveness in Fujian Province

数字贸易是传统贸易的拓展与延伸,也是发展国际化外向型数字经济的重要载体。近年来,福建省大力推进“数字福建”发展战略,数字贸易正成为经济发展的新空间。该文通过研究钻石模型和洛桑区域模型提出数字贸易的“五星”评价模型,进而以此来构建数字贸易竞争力评价体系。选择数字贸易新业态、新技术、新基础、新人才和新机制主要指标来构建数字贸易竞争力指标体系,对福建省及其在资源具有相似特点、经贸相近的沿海省份(广东省、辽宁省、山东省和浙江省)进行数字贸易竞争力比较评价,并分析福建省数字贸易竞争力的综合水平状况。

Digital trade is an extension and expansion of traditional trade,as well as an important carrier to develop internationalized outward digital economy.In recent years,Fujian province has vigorously promoted the development strategy of Digital Fujian,and digital trade has become a new trend to develop economy.This paper,based on the research of diamond model and Lausanne regional model,puts forward the"Five Stars"assessment model for digital trade,on which digital trade competitiveness assessment system is built.It chooses five main indicators to build the competitiveness system,which are new commercial activities,new technologies,new basis,new talents and new mechanism.After comparing Fujian with other provinces which share similar characteristics in economics and trade,namely Guangdong province,Liaoning province,Shandong province and Zhejiang province,this paper concludes with a comprehensive analysis of digital trade competitiveness of Fujian province.
