摘要
详细分析了溢油检测的现状,并比较各种溢油检测方法,将基于烃类石油的荧光法引入到溢油检测系统中。本文采用荧光峰值的荧光法对海面溢油进行检测,同时利用半导体激光器搭建激光发射光路,以解决激发光源问题,并且使用高速工业相机,配合长焦镜头实现较远距离目标图像非接触捕捉,采用基于局部极值的分水岭算法进行目标提取与图像识别,后端利用PC机及开发的软件进行人机交互和报警等,从而建立一个完整的溢油检测系统。针对本文提出的溢油检测方法,使用Vs2015 c#软件编写了一套搭载该溢油检测系统的程序,并在实验室环境下进行了实验。实验结果表明了该检测方法的有效性和实用性,为海洋生态环境提供了重要保障。
This paper analyzes the present situation of oil spill detection in detail,compares various oil spill detection methods,and introduces fluorescence method based on hydrocarbon oil into the oil spill detection system.In this paper,we use the fluorescence peak method to detect the surface oil spill,and use the semiconductor laser to build the laser light path to solve the problem of excitation light source.We also use high-speed industrial camera,cooperate with long-focal lens to achieve long-range target image non-contact capture,at the back end.We use the watershed algorithm based on local extrema for target extraction and image recognition,and use PC and its supporting software for human-computer interaction and alarm,so as to establish a complete oil spill detection system.Aiming at the oil spill detection method proposed in this paper,we write a set of program carrying the oil spill detection system using Vs2015c#software,and carry out experiments in the laboratory environment.The experimental results show that the method is effective and practical,and provides an important guarantee for marine ecological environment.
