旅游体验研究的知识图谱分析——基于2000年以来国内外重要文献 被引量:1

An analysis of Tourism Experience Research by Knowledge Map:Based on Important Literatures at Home and Abroad since 2000

摘要 利用CiteSpace软件对2000年以来国内外旅游体验研究重要文献进行了量化对比分析,结果发现,旅游体验的研究集中在旅游业发展较为成熟、旅游资源丰富的美国、英国、中国和澳大利亚等国家。“香港理工大学—中山大学—德克萨斯A&M大学—宾夕法尼亚州立大学—伯恩茅斯大学—普渡大学”六所高校构成了该领域核心学术群体;国内学者(国外学者)之间的合作关系整体都呈现个别集中、广泛分散的特点,未形成该研究主题的核心作者群;国内外旅游体验研究热点都经历了四个演进阶段:初期国内旅游体验研究成果丰富,多从宏观角度,如旅游企业、旅游目的地出发去讨论体验产品的设计、体验营销和可持续发展等问题;后期研究则更加细微,学者们多关注游客体验、影响因素等内容。国外旅游体验研究热点一直保持着循序渐进的演化趋势,近几年,行为意愿和原真性等主题是研究者们重点讨论的话题。信息技术应用下的旅游体验研究、社交媒体和旅游体验关系研究、游客文化适应研究、参与研究等,是未来值得进一步去探讨的问题。 Using CiteSpace software, the important literatures on domestic and foreign tourism experience researches have been quantitatively analyzed. The results show that the research of tourism experiences is concentrated in the United States, Britain, China and Australia, where tourism development is more mature and richer. Six universities, "Hong Kong Polytechnic University-Sun YatSen University-Texas A&M University-Pennsylvania State University-Bournemouth University-Purdue University", have constituted the core academic group in this field. The cooperative relationship between domestic scholars and foreign scholars is characterized as individual concentration and wide dispersion, which haven't formed the core author group of the subject of this study. The research hotspots of domestic and overseas tourism experiences have gone through four stages of evolution. The initial domestic tourism experience is rich in research results, many from the macro perspective, such as tourism enterprises, tourist destinations to discuss the design of experience products, experience marketing and sustainable development and other issues. The late study is more subtle. In recent years, scholars have paid more attention to the tourist experience and influence factors and so on. Foreign tourism experience research hot spots have maintained a gradual evolution trend. In recent years, behavior intention and authenticity and other topics are the main issues of discussion. Finally, the research of tourism experience under information technology application, the research of social media and tourism experience relationship, the study of tourist cultural adaptation and participation in the research etc. are the problems that deserve further discussion in the future.
