西北五省(区)旅游经济与生态环境耦合协调发展研究

The Coordinated Development of Tourism Economy and Ecological Environment in Five Northwest Provinces(Regions)

通过构建旅游经济与生态环境耦合协调度评价指标体系,以2000~2016年西北五省(区)旅游经济与生态环境的相关数据为基础,利用耦合协调度模型对西北五省(区)旅游经济与生态环境耦合协调度进行定量分析。结果显示:西北五省(区)旅游经济与生态环境整体发展水平呈缓慢上升趋势,生态环境保护明显滞后于旅游经济发展;两大系统的耦合度平均值在0.4~0.5之间,处于拮抗阶段;协调度均值在0.2~0.5之间,整体处于中度耦合协调水平;旅游经济发展与生态环境的耦合协调水平存在较大提升空间。下一步,应积极制定并严格实施生态环境保护政策,解决环境污染问题,提升生态环境质量。同时,大力发展生态旅游,加强环保宣传力度,最大限度将旅游资源优势转化为经济优势,提升绿色旅游经济增长率。通过有机耦合,实现两大系统协调发展。

Based on the relevant data of tourism economy and ecological environment of five provinces(regions)in Northwest China from 2000 to 2016,the coupling coordination degree model was used to conduct quantitative analysis on the coupling coordination degree of tourism economy and ecological environment of five provinces(regions)in Northwest China.The results show that the overall development level of tourism economy and ecological environment in the five northwestern provinces(regions)is slowly rising,and the ecological environment protection lags behind the development of tourism economy.The average coupling degree of the two systems is between 0.4 and 0.5,which is in the antagonistic stage.The average degree of coordination is between 0.2 and 0.5,and the overall level is in the level of moderate coupling coordination;There is much room for improvement in the coupling and coordination level between tourism economic development and ecological environment.Strategies needs to be taken including actively formulating and strictly implementing ecological environmental protection policies,solving environmental pollution problems,improving the quality of ecological environment;vigorously developing the eco-tourism,strengthening the environmental protection propaganda,maximizing the advantages of tourism resources into economic advantages,and enhancing the growth rate of green tourism economy.Through organic coupling,the coordinated development of the two systems is realized.
