摘要
在新零售发展背景下,研究无人超市用户体验的影响要素,为未来高效和优质的无人零售服务提供创新思考。通过调研法及访谈法对用户核心诉求进行定量与定性分析,通过观察法、案例分析法对用户消费行为路径进行解构,挖掘现有无人超市体验痛点及发展机会点。总结影响用户体验的主要因素,得出体验优化策略。以现有无人零售体验痛点为突破口,对零售前、中、后全流程服务体验优化,科技赋能增强体验,通过场景交互以视觉听觉方式触达用户实现情感交流与零售提效。
Under the new retail background,research the influencing factors of user experience in unmanned supermarkets,and provide innovative thinking for efficient and high-quality unmanned retail services in the future.Quantitative and qualitative analysis of user core demands is made through survey method and interview method.Deconstruction of user consumption behavior path through observation method and case analysis method,and tap existing pain points and development opportunity points of unmanned supermarkets.The main factors that affect user experience are the experience optimization strategies.Based on the pain points of the existing unmanned retail experience,combined with technology,it optimizes the entire retail service experience,and realizes emotional communication with users in a visual and auditory way through scene interaction to achieve retail efficiency.
