超声造影在乳腺癌诊断应用研究进展 被引量:6

摘要 超声造影(contrast-enhanced ultrasound,CEUS)是一种基于超声的新型纯血池成像技术,通过向体内注射特殊的微泡造影剂,能实时动态显示病变组织的微小血管和血流灌注压力等情况,进而获得相关生物学信息,克服了传统超声单一组织形态学成像特异度不高的局限性,目前已逐步用于临床。CEUS在早期乳腺病变的良恶性鉴别诊断、新辅助化疗和前哨淋巴结的检测和活检以及与生物标志物的关系判断等方面均发挥了一定的作用。CEUS能够提高乳腺癌诊断的特异度和灵敏度,在一定程度上减轻了患者的负担,降低了患者的死亡率,具有临床应用价值。本文将对CEUS在乳腺癌诊断方面的进展作一综述。 Contrast-enhanced ultrasound(CEUS)is a new ultrasound-based pure blood pool imaging technology.By injecting special microbubble contrast agents into the body,it can dynamically display the microvessels and blood perfusion pressure of the diseased tissue in real time.In order to obtain relevant biological information,it overcomes the limitation of low specificity of traditional ultrasound single tissue morphology imaging,and has been gradually used in clinical practice.CEUS has played a role in the differential diagnosis of benign and malignant early breast lesions,the detection and biopsy of neoadjuvant chemotherapy and sentinel lymph nodes,and the relationship with biomarkers.CEUS can improve the specificity and sensitivity of breast cancer diagnosis,to a certain extent,lighten the burden on patients,reduce the mortality of patients,and has clinical application value.This article will review the progress of CEUS in breast cancer diagnosis.
