健全士官人才培养目标体系是创新军事人才培养模式的必然趋势。士官军事人才的培养要服从军民融合发展规律和要求。军民融合背景下,士官人才培养应加强人文基础教育与专业技能相结合,实行军事化管理,体现航海院校、海军部队和军民融合三者的基本要求;构建中国特色的海军士官人才培养模式,形成科学的人才培养方案和合理的课程设置,实现海军士官培养总目标。

It is an inevitable trend to improve the training objective system of non military personnel to innovate the training mode of military personnel.The training of non military personnel is subject to the development law and requirements of military civilian integration,and the current training objective system of non military personnel is analyzed.Taking the naval sergeant students as the specific research object,this paper explores the objective system of sergeant personnel training under the background of military civilian integration,strengthens the combination of humanistic basic education and professional skills,implements militarized management,and embodies the basic requirements of navigation colleges,naval forces and military civilian integration;constructs a special mode of naval Sergeant personnel training,and forms a scientific talent training program and reasonable curriculum,To achieve the general goal of training naval sergeants.
