摘要
植物生长调节剂浸种是近年来在农林上普遍使用的一种促进种子萌发、打破种子硬实的一种方法。为了寻找促进达乌里胡枝子种子萌发和幼苗生长的适宜植物激素浓度,为高效栽培达乌里胡枝子提供理论依据,试验以晋农1号达乌里胡枝子种子作为试验材料,研究不同浓度萘乙酸(0.1、1.0、5.0、10.0、15.0、20.0 mg/L)和水杨酸(0.5、1.0、1.5、2.0、2.5、3.0 mmol/L)浸种对达乌里胡枝子种子萌发和幼苗生长的影响。结果表明,2种植物生长调节剂均可对达乌里胡枝子种子萌发和幼苗生长产生影响,其中,5.0 mg/L萘乙酸和1.0 mmol/L水杨酸处理后的达乌里胡枝子萌发情况均最好,可显著提高晋农1号达乌里胡枝子种子发芽势、发芽率、发芽指数及活力指数;但高浓度的萘乙酸(15.0、20.0 mg/L)和水杨酸(2.0、2.5、3.0 mmol/L)均抑制达乌里胡枝子的正常生长,说明达乌里胡枝子对外源植物调节物质的耐受度具有一定的浓度阈值。5.0 mg/L萘乙酸和1.0 mmol/L水杨酸浸种处理后的达乌里胡枝子萌发效果最佳。
Seeds soaking with plant growth regulators were a method widely used in agriculture to promote seed germination and break hard seed in recent years.The study was conducted to explore the effects of seed soaking with NAA and SA on seed germination of Lespedeza davurica,to find the suitable plant growth regulators concentration to promote seed germination and seedling growth of Lespedeza davurica,and to provide theoretical basis for efficient cultivation of Lespedeza davurica.The effects of NAA(0.1,1.0,5.0,10.0,15.0,20.0 mg/L)and SA(0.5,1.0,1.5,2.0,2.5,3.0 mmol/L)on seed germination and seedling growth of Lespedeza davurica were studied with Jinnong 1 as experiment material.The result showed that both plant growth regulators could affect the seed germination and seedling growth of Lespedeza davurica,among which 5.0 mg/L NAA and 1.0 mmol/L SA had the best germination,which significantly improved the germination potential,germination rate,germination index and vigor index of Lespedeza davurica.But too high concentration of NAA(15.0、20.0 mg/L)and SA(2.0、2.5、3.0 mmol/L)inhibited the normal growth of Lespedeza davurica,which indicated that Lespedeza davurica had a certain concentration threshold to the tolerance of exogenous plant regulators.5.0 mg/L NAA and 1.0 mmol/L SA had the best germination effect.
