小麦间作豌豆模式对土壤AMF的侵染率和小麦生长的影响 被引量:7

摘要 为探究小麦间作豌豆模式下丛枝菌根真菌(AMF)与小麦生长发育的关系,采用大田试验研究春小麦单作(DC)、春小麦间作豌豆(JC)、冬小麦单作(DD)、冬小麦间作豌豆(JD)4种处理下丛枝菌根真菌(AMF)侵染率以及小麦产量的变化情况,分析丛枝菌根真菌侵染率与小麦生长发育的关系,采用单因素随机区组设计,对小麦的分蘖、株高、丛枝菌根真菌的侵染率、干物质量、小麦叶片的SPAD值、产量因素以及植株体内的N素含量进行测定分析,并对侵染率、干物质量、总N含量、SPAD值、产量进行相关性分析。结果表明,JC处理与JD处理分别对比DC处理与DD处理,丛枝菌根真菌的侵染率、分蘖、总氮素含量存在显著差异,在成熟期株高与干物质量存在显著差异;JC处理的侵染率比DC处理上升47%,JD处理的侵染率比DD处理上升了28%;JC处理产量比DC处理提高了18.72%,JD处理产量比DD处理提高了16.67%;AMF侵染率与总氮量、SPAD值、产量均呈正相关,与小麦干物质量呈负相关;小麦干物质量与总氮量、SPAD值、产量均呈负相关;总氮量与SPAD值、产量均呈正相关;SPAD值与产量呈正相关。小麦间作豌豆模式下丛枝菌根真菌对小麦的侵染率、干物质量、SPAD值、产量、总氮含量均高于单作模式,春小麦间作豌豆模式丛枝菌根真菌对小麦的侵染率高于冬小麦套作豌豆模式,丛枝菌根真菌侵染率与总氮量、SPAD值、产量均呈正相关,与小麦干物质量呈负相关。 To explore the relationship between arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi(AMF)and wheat growth and development under wheat intercropping mode,field experiment was used to study spring wheat monoculture(DC),spring wheat intercropping pea(JC)and winter wheat monoculture(DD),winter wheat intercropping pea(JD),arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi(AMF)infection rate and wheat yield changes under four modes,and the relationship between arbuscular mycorrhizal fungal infection rate and wheat growth and development was analyzed.The experiment used a single factor random block design to determine the tillering,plant height,arbuscular mycorrhizal fungal infection rate,dry matter quality,SPAD value of wheat leaves,yield factors and N content in plants.Correlation analysis of infection rate,dry matter quality,total N content,SPAD value and yield was carried out.The results showed that compared with DC and DD by JC and JD,respectively,there were significant differences in the infection rate,tillering and total nitrogen content of arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi,and there were significant differences in plant height and dry matter quality at the mature stage.The infection rate of the JC mode was 47%higher than that of the DC mode,the infection rate of the JD mode was 28%higher than that of the DD mode,the JC yield was 18.72%higher than the DC,and the JD yield was 16.67%higher than the DD.AMF infection rate were all positively correlated with total nitrogen amount,SPAD value and yield,and negatively correlated with wheat dry matter quality,wheat dry matter quality was negatively correlated with total nitrogen amount,SPAD value and yield,total nitrogen amount was positively correlated with SPAD value and yield,SPAD value was positively correlated with yield.The infection rate,dry matter quality,SPAD value,yield and total nitrogen content of arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi on wheat under the wheat intercropping pea model were higher than the single cropping model.The infection rate of arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi on spring wheat intercropping pea pattern was higher than that of winter wheat intercropping pea pattern.The arbuscular mycorrhizal fungal infection rate was positively correlated with total nitrogen,SPAD value,yield,and negatively correlated with wheat dry matter quality.
