芸苔素内酯与吡唑醚菌酯混施对苹果生长发育的影响 被引量:2

摘要 试验采用0.01%芸苔素内酯可溶液剂、250 g/L吡唑醚菌酯乳油和63%非离子表面活性剂作为试验药剂,在苹果树花前、落花后、幼果期、果实膨大期各喷施1次,探索植物生长调节剂与杀菌剂协同增效和精准使用技术,减少化学农药使用量,为苹果增产提质提供新技术。结果表明,芸苔素内酯与吡唑醚菌酯混施可有效提高苹果坐果率,促进幼果生长发育,减少畸形果和病(裂)果的发生,促进果实膨大,改善果形,增加果实含糖量,提高产量,并对苹果斑点落叶病、褐斑病等苹果主要病害有一定防效;在减少20%杀菌剂用量的条件下,对苹果的生长发育仍有显著促进作用,可实现农药减量增效和苹果的提质增产。 To explore the synergy and precise use technology of plant growth regulators and fungicides,reduce the use of chemical pesticides,and provide new technologies for increasing the production and quality of apple trees,0.01%Brassinolide SL,250 g/L Pyraclostrobin EC and 63%non-ionic surfactant were applied at prebloom,postbloom,young fruit period and fruit expanding process.The results showed that the combination of Brassinolide and Pyraclostrobin could improve fruit setting rate,promote the growth and development of young fruits,reduce the occurrence of deformed fruits and diseased(cracked)fruits,promote fruit expanding,improve fruit shape,increase fruit sugar content,increase unit yield,and had a certain control effect on apple leaf spotting disease,brown spot disease,etc.Under the condition of reducing the dosage of 20%fungicide,the growth and development of apple trees can still be significantly promoted,which can realize the reduction of pesticides and the improvement of apple quality.
