张力自动平衡悬挂装置检测系统的分析与应用

摘要 针对麻家梁矿主井提升钢丝绳张力自动平衡油缸活塞杆位置完全靠人工现场观察,无法实现对数据的实时监测,可能存在断绳事故等问题进行了分析。根据实际情况,利用安装在侧板上的拉线位移传感器实时检测平衡油缸活塞杆的行程,经单片机实时采集后,再用无线通信的方法将信号传送上位机进行数据处理与显示,提升了系统运行的安全性,其社会效益显著。 The position of piston rod of hoisting wire rope tension automatic balancing oil cylinder in main well of Majialiang mine is completely observed by manual work,the real-time monitoring of data cannot be realized,and the possibility of rope breaking accident is analyzed and studied.According to the actual situation,the line displacement sensor installed on the side plate is used to detect the stroke of the piston rod of the balanced cylinder in real time.After the real-time collection by the single chip microcomputer,the signal is transmitted to the upper computer for data processing and display by wireless communication method,which enhances the safety of the system operation and has significant social benefits.
