This paper introduces the working condition description and selection of electronic servo press,analyzes its bearing mechanical structure,and evaluates and controls the press quality of electronic servo press.Application of electronic servo press in transmission bearing assembly realizes real-time monitoring,real-time control of bearing assembly quality,capture of pressure displacement curve and setting of quality evaluation window,and automatic resolution of 0K/NG,of pressure loading result to better meet the development requirements of high quality in automobile industry.
